Managed Teams

Our Managed Teams service is designed for clients seeking a flexible and collaborative delivery partner who can bring together and manage specialist teams to deliver agreed project outputs.  Working in partnership, the service builds and maintains specialist teams with the right skills mix and cultural fit, to whom clients can delegate delivery of architecture and technical outputs.

In addition to directly supporting delivery of client value streams, our Managed Teams are also on-hand to provide embedded subject matter expertise, technical decision support and knowledge transfer in-house teams.

We work closely with clients to identify the precise mix of specialist skills and expertise required throughout the project lifecycle, which we then match and resource through our extensive network of skilled and experienced associates.

The service aims to offer clients maximum agility by responding to changes, both planned and unexpected, to ensure the necessary expertise is identified, made available and deployed to meet the changing needs of the project as delivery progresses.  This includes supplementing the team with additional expertise for short periods of time to address specific issues in more depth (e.g. data governance or cybersecurity).
